1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SymptomSense website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Crucial)

SymptomSense IS NOT A DOCTOR AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The content, including text, graphics, images, and other material contained on the Service ("Content"), is for informational and educational purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Service.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor, 108, or 112 immediately.

3. Use of AI Technology

You acknowledge that the Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate responses. AI models can hallucinate, make errors, or provide information that is factually incorrect or outdated. You serve as the final arbiter of any decisions made based on information from this Service and agree not to rely solely on AI-generated outputs for health decisions.

4. Paid Services and Refunds

SymptomSense offers a free tier - symptom triage chat, summary-level results, and the doctor and lab directory - and optional paid features. Currently: a one-time ₹99 unlock, per session, of the full parameter-by-parameter lab report analysis and a downloadable PDF. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Refund policy - please read before paying

The paid unlock is digital content generated and delivered immediately on successful payment. Because of this, no refund is available once the full report has been unlocked and delivered, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law, or where payment was captured but the corresponding unlock was not granted due to a fault on our end.

If you are charged but do not receive access you paid for, contact us at medmindin@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will investigate. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time; this does not affect unlocks already granted.

5. Limitation of Liability

READ CAREFULLY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SymptomSense, its operators, developers, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SymptomSense and its developers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
