Your Data Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)

As a Data Principal, you can ask us to do the following with the personal data we hold about you. Submit a request below and our Grievance Officer will verify your identity and respond within the prescribed timelines.

• Access (Section 11) - a summary of the data we hold and how we process it.
• Correction (Section 12) - correct or complete inaccurate data.
• Erasure (Section 12) - delete your data when it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw consent (Section 6(4)) - stop further processing.
• Nominate (Section 14) - nominate someone to exercise your rights.
• Grievance (Section 13) - raise any concern about how your data is handled.
